It was a smooth drive from Acworth to Suwanee. Scuba relaxed in the car while enjoying the scenery along the interstate. When we arrived home he greeted my husband with non-stop tail wagging. He then met my 2 hounds, Ottie and Paris, and we went for a nice long walk together. All went well with the introduction. He has done very well at night sleeping in his crate. We had some heavy thunderstorms over night on Sunday, but that did not bother him at all.
As you can see, his coat doesn't look too good right now, but a good diet and some TLC will have him in a beautiful shiny black coat in no time.
This boy is full of personality, and he absolutely loves people. That tail of his is constantly wagging. The video below was taken right after he finished zooming around the backyard. I ran inside to grab the camcorder but it was too late. Boy is he fast! Just look at his long legs and slim body frame - built for speed! A clip of that will be coming soon.
And those ears, what can I say....too cute! This young boy will be a wonderful addition to a family. Who will be the lucky one to take him home??

Scuba - so excited to hear you are in a wonderful foster home. Can't wait to meet you at the nearby park so you can run with our hounds. It will be a lot of fun. I think you may have the longest legs around. I know your coat will be shiny and beautiful in no time. Keeper is at our house and he is looking great. Hope to see you soon.
